I’m Bex, I’m a 30 year old vegetarian, dairy allergic, stay-at-home mumma from Cornwall in England.
I created this blog to review Dairy-free food and drink. I am aided in this mission by a 37 year old meat-munching, dairy-slurping but largely unadventurous “I’ll just have a slice of quiche and a little bit of mashed potato” husband and our gorgeous but picky #queen_of_the_fussy_eaters 2 year old daughter; whom we have recently discovered has a coconut allergy.

Hi Bex, being gluten, dairy intolerant, vegetarian who is on a diabetic diet, I ‘hear’ you. Good on you for being committed to being vegetarian when dairy intolerant – you are inspiring others. Cheers 🙂

Thanks for liking our blog post this morning! I am off so many foods – gluten, dairy, soy, nuts, eggs, strawberries, and avocado. My husband can and does eat everything. I hear you too!

Love the “moo sick” message with no moo no sick! I’m a naturopath and find myself needing to direct people to good resources for dairy free living.
