Milk protein
Yogurt
Dried yogurt
Ghee
Casein
Whey
Whey powders
Cheese (sometimes listed as particular cheese eg. Edam, Mozzarella, Feta)
Cream cheese
Cheese spread
Some margarines
Lactose
Cream
Butter
Refined butter
Creme Freche
Clotted cream

Remember no moo, no sick.
