Co-op Sweet Chilli Flavour Crisps.

Absolutely forgot I had even bought these (even forgot them in the mini haul). Not from the freefrom section but in the main crisp section. Are these Co-op’s redeeming product? YES!

Swedish Glace Smooth Vanilla (more dairy free icecream)

Today I am reviewing

image

Swedish Glace Smooth Vanilla.
Cold and surprisingly creamy I wondered how this compared to the other dairy-free ice creams we’ve tried lately.

What is it?
Frozen (my daughter prefers Tangled BTW)
Vanilla flavour
dessert

Free from:
Dairy
Gluten
Wheat
Egg

image

Thus suitable for:
Vegans
Vegetarians
Coeliacs
Allergy/intolerance sufferers

image

Looks like:
Frozen whiteness
With specks of Vanilla

Smells like:
Vanilla
The cold (in a non game of thrones ‘ahhhhh a white walker’ way).

Feels like:
Really creamy
Feels like icecream instead of sorbet or fro-yo

Tastes like:
Creamy
Yum, yum and yum
Vanilla in a good creamy way, not boring
Creamy enough to rival Ben & Jerry’s tubs
Did I mention creamy?

Price:
£2 in Tesco. Its a bargain.
Stories tell of strawberry and chocolate flavours top. But I’ve never seen them.

Conclusion:
Whilst Coconut Collab Snowconut and Tesco Iced Dessert offer excellent alternatives to making your self poorly (read as half killing yourself in my case) with dairy, I really do not think you can beat Swedish Glace for sheer creaminess! It’s lovely just from the tub.
I’m pretty sure it would make an awesome smoothie or baked Alaska too.
Everybody loved this.

5/5 – awesome.

No Moo, No Sick!

Genius Crumpets

Today we are reviewing

image

Genius Crumpets
I have mentioned my lust for these before so I figured it was time for review. I will start by saying I love these little beasts, I’ve tried supermarket own brand freefrom crumpets and they are often too tough and chewy or so soft that you have to toast them for half an hour for them to resemble a crumpet. These are just perfect.
