Today I am reviewing
Askeys Chocolate Chunk Crackin Sauce.
On a trip to Tesco yesterday I was shocked to discover that this is both dairy-free and vegan.
What is it?
Chocolate sauce for icecream
Squirt it on then watch it sets into a shell over the icecream
If you pour it on something warm it remains runny
Do no refridgerate.
Sugar, Rapeseed Oil, Coconut Oil, Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin, Antioxidant: Tocopherol-Rich Extract.
Thus suitable for:
Milk chocolate sauce
Then sets on the icecream
It will crack if you hit it with a spoon
A thin layer of chocolate over your icecream
Can set quite hard in thick places
Melts in mouth
If you crack it and mix into your dairy-free icecream you can pretend you have a bowl of Ben and Jerry’s or something 😉

Not the richest most luxury choc taste but this is a novelty Icecream topping not a cupboard staple
Really reminds me of old school choc ices

Since this is both dairy-free and vegan I would definitely recommend you try this sauce.
Toddlerini enjoyed cracking the hard shell if choc and I believe kids in general would love squirting this on and watching it set.
Would look pretty cool completely covering a scoop of Icecream in a cone.
I would buy it again.
